Please allow 5-7 business days for all orders to be fulfilled. Orders are not fulfilled on the weekends. Our fulfillments does not include shipping transit time. Shipping transit varies depending on your shipping address. Please see below for more information on transit times.
Once an order has been marked "fulfilled", you will recieve a shipment confirmation email to the email address provided under your order. Please make sure to check your junk/spam folders. All shipment emails will contain tracking numbers provided by the USPS.
To track the status of your order please visit www.usps.com/tracking and use the tracking number provided in your email. For questions reguarding tracking please call USPS at 1-800-222-1811 Monday through Friday 8:00am- 8:30pm (ET) and Saturday 8:00am- 6:00pm (ET).
Please note any items marked "Pre-Order" does not follow standard shipping times. All pre-ordered items are fuilfilled in the order to which they are recieved. Any order with multiple items and still contains a pre-order item will also be delayed until the pre-oreded item reaches the warehouse.
Please note: Items that are "back ordered" follows the same procedures as the pre-order items. If you did not order a pre-order item and do not recieve a shipment conformation email within 7 business days, please reach out to [email protected] and we will let you know if your item has beeen back ordered.

Domestic Shipping Policies:
All domestic orders (within the United States) are shipped USPS First-Class Mail. Priority shipping is not currently available. Domestic orders should typically arrive beween 3 to 5 business days after your order has been shipped. If USPS is anticipating delays due to weather or other factors, those updates will be avaliable at usps.com/tracking.
International Shipping Policies:
All International orders are shipped USPS First-Class International Mail. Priority shipping is not available.
Please note: Once an International order has left the United States, the order is turned over to the local postal service of your country. For questions reguarding the tracking number and status of your order, once it has left the United States, please direct your inquires to your local post office. Use your US Tracking Number as a reference.
Please note: Certain Countres require a customs fee be paid for any merchandise purchased outside of your country. We are not responsible for that fee. Failure to pay those fees mauy result in your item being rejected and it being shipped back to our warehouse. For more information reguarding returned orders please read our "Return Policies" section below.
Return and Refund Policies:
All orders are final. There are no exchanges or refunds issued once an order has been placed.
Refunds are not issued for orders that were unable to be delivered due to insufficient or incomplete shipping addresses provided under your order. If an order is returned to our wharehouse due to failure to pay custom fees, was returned because of insufficient address provided under your original order, was refused by the sender or sent to an address that is no longer valid, you will be required to pay an additional postage fee to have your items reshipped.
Orders that are returned will be held in our warehouse for 6 months. After 6 months, unclaimed orders are added back into inventory. If an order is returned to our warehouse, we will reach out to the email address provided under your original order and give detailed instructions on how to claim and have your items reshipped.
Refunds are issued on a case-by-case basis and are only issued for one of the below reasons:
1. You recieved an incorrect order
2. you recieved wrongly shipped items
3. You recieved the wrong item in your shipment
4. Your order was missing items from your original order
