How do i use the Yoni Oil?
- Dab about 1-2 drops in the palm of your hand and apply to the outter part of your vaginia (lips)

How do i use the Yoni Shower gel?
- Similar to the Yoni Oil, Pour a dime size into the palm of your hand and apply to your vaginia area (do not insert it). Rinse well with warm water
